WHAT TYPE OF MEMBERSHIPS DO YOU OFFER?

At Elite Fitness, we offer three types of memberships tailored to suit your fitness goals: 1. Full Gym Membership • Enjoy anytime access to our main gym with state-of-the-art equipment. • Includes access to all classes on our timetable. • Memberships are capped to maintain a quiet and premium experience. 2. Classes-Only Membership • Access to all the classes on our timetable, catering to various fitness levels and goals. • A great option for those who love the energy and variety of group workouts. 3. Elite Strength Club Membership • Includes group personal training sessions in our private, members-only gym. • Restricted access to a small number of members to ensure a truly private experience. • Includes access to classes, personalised nutrition coaching, habit coaching, and mindset coaching. • Members are capped, and various group coaching times are available. DO YOU OFFER DAY PASSES?

No, we do not offer day passes. At Elite Fitness, our memberships are capped to ensure a quiet and premium experience for our members. This exclusivity allows us to maintain a high standard of service and provide a comfortable environment.

IS THERE A WAITING LIST AND HOW DO I JOIN IT?

Yes, we currently have a waiting list for a full gym membership. Joining the waiting list at Elite Fitness is easy—simply complete the waiting list form.

HOW LONG WILL I BE ON THE WAITING LIST?

We operate on a strict one-in, one-out policy due to our capped memberships, ensuring a quiet and premium experience for our members. Because of this, we’re unable to provide specific timescales for availability, but rest assured, we’ll contact you as soon as a space becomes available. Register your interest today to be the first in line when a spot opens up!

DO YOU OFFER A FREE TRIAL FOR CLASSES?

We don’t typically offer free trials for our classes, as we focus on maintaining a high-quality, exclusive experience for our members. However, there may be exceptions if we’re running a special offer. If you’d like to know about current offers or learn more about our classes, please feel free to contact us—we’re here to help!

HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A CLASSES ONLY MEMBERSHIP?

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

Booking a class at Elite Fitness is quick and easy! You can book through our online member portal or mobile app. Simply log in, browse the timetable, and select the class you’d like to join. If you’re not yet a member or need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

• Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 9:00pm • Friday: 6:00am – 8:00pm • Saturday: 7:30am – 5:00pm • Sunday: 9:00am – 2:00pm If you have any questions or need assistance outside of these times, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help!

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, parking is available nearby, and the Estcourt Street car park is free for everyone to use. We encourage our members to park there whenever possible, as it’s close to our facility and provides convenient access. To respect our neighbours, we kindly ask that you avoid parking in nearby residential streets, particularly where it could block driveways or make it difficult for residents to access their homes. DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS AND CHANGING ROOMS?

Yes, we have clean and spacious showers and changing rooms available for our members. These facilities are designed to ensure your comfort and convenience during your visit. If you have any specific requirements or questions about our facilities, please don’t hesitate to ask—we’re happy to help!

I'M NEW TO THE GYM, DO I NEED AN INDUCTION?

Yes – if you’ve never used a gym before, we do require you to have an induction. It’s important to us that you feel confident, safe and supported when using the equipment. Our team will walk you through everything you need to know. If you’ve trained in a gym before, an induction isn’t required – but if you'd like a refresher or support with any of our equipment, just ask at reception and we’ll be happy to help.

I'M UNDER 18, CAN I JOIN?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer memberships to individuals under the age of 18.
